All ConquerCopywriting services are delivered as digital documents to the email address provided at checkout. Standard format is Google Doc or Microsoft Word (.docx). PDF available on request. No physical deliveries are made under any circumstances.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation and a completed project brief. If the brief is submitted more than 24 hours after payment, the delivery timeline starts from brief receipt, not from payment date.
All timelines are from brief confirmation date. Rush delivery (24h first draft) is available as a paid add-on.
Revision rounds begin from receipt of consolidated written feedback from the client. We deliver revised copy within 3-5 business days of feedback receipt for most projects.
If a delivery delay is anticipated on our side, we notify the client by email as soon as possible with a revised delivery date. Client-caused delays (late brief submission, slow feedback response) do not extend our liability under the refund policy.
