1. Our Commitment
ConquerCopywriting delivers copy structured to address the agreed project brief. The revision process exists to resolve any gaps between the delivered copy and the brief requirements. Refunds are available in the specific circumstances listed below.
2. When Refunds Apply
- We are unable to deliver the agreed copy due to circumstances entirely on our side
- Delivered copy materially fails to address the agreed brief after all included revision rounds are completed
- The client has not submitted a project brief within 30 days and has not arranged an extension, and we are unable to begin work as a result
3. When Refunds Do Not Apply
- The client changed the scope or requirements after the project brief was agreed and work began
- All included revision rounds have been used and the delivered copy addresses the documented brief
- Delays were caused by the client failing to provide agreed information or feedback
- The client has published, used, or distributed the delivered copy
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction where the copy meets the agreed brief objectives
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@conquercopywriting.com within 14 days of final delivery. Include your order reference, the specific brief requirement not addressed, and a description of the gap between the brief and the delivered copy. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe within 5-10 business days from approval.
