These Terms form a binding agreement between ConquerCopywriting (operating from Via Giuseppe Verdi, 4, 80040 Volla (NA), Italy, referred to as "we" or "us") and the individual or business placing an order (referred to as "Client"). By completing a purchase you accept these Terms in full.
ConquerCopywriting provides professional copywriting services: e-commerce product copy, sales funnel copy, content marketing copy, brand story and messaging, launch campaign copy, and social media ad copy. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.
Full payment is required in advance via Stripe Checkout. Prices are quoted and charged in euros (EUR). VAT may apply depending on the client location and tax registration status.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving both payment confirmation and a completed project brief. Clients must submit the required brief within 7 business days of purchase. Projects with no brief after 30 days may be treated as abandoned without refund entitlement.
Sprint includes 2 revision rounds. Dominio includes 3 rounds per deliverable. Conquista includes unlimited revisions. Each revision round requires consolidated written feedback submitted in a single communication.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives complete ownership of all final delivered copy. ConquerCopywriting retains the right to describe the project type in general portfolio references unless a full NDA is in place.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of delivered copy.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Naples, Italy.
